This robust system is designed to operate on belt widths up to 3048 mm (120 inches) and is rated for extreme belt speeds up to 6.1 m/s (1200 fpm). It provides reliable performance in a wide variety of industrial climates, withstanding service temperatures ranging from -34°C to 149°C (-30°F to 300°F).
The DT2H XHD operates by mounting a high-strength stainless steel mainframe across the conveyor return. This mainframe supports a track-forming cartridge that holds individual blade segments in the precise cleaning position against the belt.
When maintenance is required, the mandrel allows the entire cartridge to slide out from the side of the conveyor. The patented split-track design is critical for heavy-duty sites, as it ensures the cartridge can be removed easily even if it is encrusted with material accumulation. Depending on site requirements, the system can be fitted with either a Martin® Air Tensioner or Spring Tensioner to maintain optimal cleaning pressure automatically.
