This versatile system operates reliably in service temperatures ranging from -34°C to 82°C and is fully compatible with reversing belts or systems experiencing roll-back. It provides high-efficiency cleaning for belt widths up to 3000 mm and is rated for belt speeds of up to 5.1 m/s on pulley diameters between 600 mm and 760 mm.
The system operates by utilising a unique blade profile that automatically maintains the optimal cleaning angle as the urethane wears down. This ensures that cleaning performance does not degrade over time, which is common with standard primary cleaners.
